The company has a central inspection laboratory that can test the mechanical properties and metallographic structure, as well as conduct carbon/sulfur analysis and Hugh's test.
It mainly provides high and medium pressure control valves, process valves, pipeline accessories and other products, focusing on the long cycle of control valves under harsh conditions such as melting urea liquids, high-pressure synthetic gases and pulverized coal granular slurry. At present, the company has dozens of patents and many first-made products in the industry.
The urea regulating valve series adopts advanced scientific patent structure design, with strict control process of materials and application of top-grade patented materials, the quality of which is superior to domestic peers with absolute advantage, even exceeding international level; the synthetic high-pressure regulating valve series has long lasting service life; the performance of high pressure regulating butterfly valve with large diameter is comparable to imported products.
